Bidding and floors

Key	Value	Meaning
bids.floor_mode		How the minimum bid is enforced. Private floor is decision 1. The v1.0 rule is kept as an option so it can be switched on without a release.
bids.auto_decline_message		Shown to the buyer on auto-decline.
bids.notify_seller_on_auto_decline		Seller never sees declined-below-floor bids when false. Counts still show on the vendor dashboard.
bids.allow_above_ask		Let buyers bid above asking when stock is scarce.
bids.visible_band_max_pct		Largest discount a seller may publish as a visible band.
bids.max_counter_rounds		Platform default. Sellers may raise per listing up to bids.max_counter_rounds_cap.

bids.rate_limit_per_listing_per_day		Per buyer. Duplicate active bids on the same listing and quantity are always blocked.
bids.review_trigger_pct		Alert admins if fewer than this share of negotiable listings got a bid in bids.review_window_days.

Who may bid

eligibility.verified_only		Unverified companies may browse only.
eligibility.min_completed_deals		Platform-wide minimum. Sellers may set a higher one per listing.
eligibility.deposit_required_usd		0 means no deposit. Reserved for later.
eligibility.block_suspended		Always true; shown for completeness.

Deals, fees and escrow

deals.reservation_hours		Stock held after acceptance. Released to the listing if payment is not started in time.
deals.auto_release_days_after_delivery		Escrow release if buyer does not mark Received and no dispute is open.
fees.close_pct		Platform fee, percent of goods total, charged at close. Decision 2. Keep small: higher fees push deals off-platform.

escrow.mode		Optional per deal is decision 2. "Required" can be set per category later.
escrow.provider		Provider adapter. Partner to be chosen before 15 Dec.

anonymity.hide_seller_until		Decision 4.

house.badge_enabled		Shows "UltraEdge stock". Decision 3.
house.step_back_share_pct		Rule 3 threshold: third-party share above which house stops adding listings in a category.

listings.used_photo_min		Actual-lot photos required for used listings.

Saving sends PUT /v1/admin/settings with If-Match: "v41". Every change is written to the audit log with the old and new value.
