House rules for UltraEdge's own stock
Published 24 November 2026. Applies to every listing marked UltraEdge stock.
1. Same rules, same fee
UltraEdge stock is listed through the same forms, the same verification, the same bid rules and the same close fee as any third-party seller. There is no internal shortcut. The listing record shows the same audit trail.
2. No privileged view
Staff who manage UltraEdge stock cannot see other sellers' private floors, bids received, counters, or deal prices. Marketplace administrators who can see that data do not list stock. The two roles are separate accounts, and the separation is logged.
3. Step back as supply grows
When third-party sellers hold more than 60 percent of live listings in a category for 90 days, UltraEdge stops adding new house listings in that category and sells down what it has. The threshold is published here and reviewed each quarter.
Why we do this
A marketplace with no stock has no buyers, and a marketplace with no buyers has no sellers. UltraEdge already holds inventory and already has customers. Listing that stock openly gives early buyers something to buy on day one, and gives early sellers proof that deals close here. Hiding it would be worse: sellers would suspect it anyway.
